In order to join our client, you must have previous 1st Line Support experience who specialize in communications and telephony.
This role has a fantastic work life balance working Monday to Friday 9.00am until 5.00pm and offer a hybrid/remote for the right candidate however you must live within a commutable distance as it will require occasional travel to their head office. The starting salary for this role is £25,000 depending on experience there is room for negotiation.
The Role:
- You will be responsible for being the initial point of contact for telephone enquiries from clients, to log tickets and collect information surrounding issues.
- Provide excellent customer service as you will be the voice of the company
- Log tickets in the support system and escalate relevant issues when appropriate
- Managing issues in appropriately in a timely and efficient manner
- Being proactive in your approach to system alerts and general activities.
Required skills and experience:
- Experience in a first line role, preferably for an MSP (Manager service provider) but not essential.
- Knowledge of VOIP telephony – mainly 3CX is preferred.
- Experience in O365/Microsoft and Windows
- Understanding of general Wi-FI/Broadband faults.
- Can do attitude
- Multitask while ensuring quality of work is maintained
- Work as a team and able to work your own case load
