1st Line Support Engineer Role:
- Offer support to customers to solve queries in a professional and efficient manner
- Logging tickets & managing emails
- Resolve issues related to services provided
- Maintaining a log of data
- Relaying information to relevant internal teams when needed
- Carry out software testing
1st Line Support Engineer Requirements:
- 1st Line Support and remote troubleshooting experience
- Confident in your approach to converse
- Genuine passion for your field and future progression
- Able to adapt under pressure and identify priority of tasks
Desirables:
- MS SQL
As the 1st Line Support Engineer you will be in office Monday-Friday, with a salary between £24,000-£27,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
