We have an exciting opportunity for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join our clients IT team. Gaining exposure to hardware implementations and lots of work within the Cloud.

Must have full driving licence and access to a vehicle during working hours.

Duties & Responsibilities:
To provide and implement professional, affable IT support to all staff, identifying and resolving IT issues both remotely and in person.
Install desktop/server software and hardware. Implement and develop new and existing infrastructure.
Proactive server and desktop maintenance. In-depth troubleshooting of user issues. Creation of support documentation.
Assisting with the day-to-day management of the IT systems.
