The Team
WTW International are looking to recruit an apprentice to support the International Leadership Team. Our team is looking for an apprentice who can demonstrate the ability to learn about how to support the development and implementation of a portfolio of strategic initiatives and strategies agreed by the International Leadership Team.
You will be fully supported by the team to become a subject expert to be able to provide technical support and assistance to the project team on standard project management activities. You will be involved within technology development, operations, brand and marketing, change management and our regulatory and compliance obligations as the team grows.
The Role
Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship
Location: London
Start Date: From February 2024 (some flexibility until September 2024)
Closing date: 31st January 2024
This is an exciting opportunity to undertake a Business Analyst apprenticeship and develop a career within an International team gaining great exposure to many different areas of expertise. You will have a willingness to learn and be proactive within your attitude to learning. You will also have an interest in developing your knowledge and understanding of key business concepts and techniques that help organisations transform successfully.
This Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship is a 16 month programme where you will be provided with on the job training and a highly competitive study support package. You will be fully supported by WTW and our official government approved Training Provider throughout the duration of the programme.
The successful candidate will be supported to be able to undertake relevant analyses (e.g., impact assessments) and produce project reports for more senior colleagues to inform their decision-making. The team will give guidance and support you throughout the apprenticeship and you will be guided to become client focused and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the delivery of the service.
Skills & Attributes
- Minimum five GCSEs grades 9-4/A*-C (or equivalent) qualifications
- Minimum one Level 3 qualification (in a relatable subject)
- STEM subjects would be beneficial to your application
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to deal professionally with internal and external contacts
- Excellent client focus
- Ability to analyse situations and provide recommendations
- Self-motivated and ambitious
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- Keen eye for detail and naturally inquisitive
- Proficient MS Word and an understanding of MS Excel would be advantageous
- Intermediate knowledge of data analysis
- Good presentation skills
