We are seeking a Customer Service Nights Attendant to deliver exceptional customer service within our 24-hour venue. This position is for night working only from 10pm to 8am as Our business operates 7 days a week. Any successful candidates will need to undergo a Basic DBS check as part of their role.
Applications from any of the following should apply;
· Current or previous experience working in Casinos.
· Anyone who is currently working night shift patterns.
· Security personnel.
· Night porters.
To assist your application, the following experience would be useful but, not essential as full training will be offered;
· The leisure, retail and hospitality sector.
· IT literate
· Well-presented and professional at all times
· Good leadership and communication skills
· Friendly and out going
· Confident and self-motivated
· To be able to work nights on a rota basis
· Customer focused with a can-do attitude
About the role?
Our team of staff are responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers, ensuring all company values, promotions and standards are carried out to their fullest. You must be over 18 years of age to work in our venues.
Your main duties will include:
· Providing customers with an exceptional level of service
· Handling cash
· Promoting offers, events and other bonuses in store
· Serving Customers with refreshments
· Keeping the venue clean and tidy
· Checking I.D. of all customers who look 25 and under
· Following guidance and procedures in-line with current legislation
