An exciting new opportunity has become available for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer within a Microsoft Gold Partnered Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Farringdon, London.
We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join a forward thinking and growing MSP. There is ample opportunity for career progression with the company thriving and experiencing a 50% expansion over the last 18 months.
Hybrid working is encouraged with the position only being required in office once a week.
2nd Line IT Support Engineer experience:
Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
Microsoft Office 365
Azure Active Directory
Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016 Server
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies
Networking & Wi-Fi Infrastructure
Server Virtualisation
Security and Firewall
Backup/DR troubleshooting & management
Dell & HP hardware troubleshooting
Liaise with 3rd party suppliers ensuring faults are logged, managed and that SLAs are met
Experience working within a Managed Service Desk provider
We are not expecting the 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to have experience in all the technologies above, just a strong basis knowledge and passion to learn more!
