Role:2nd Line MSP Engineer
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

I am currently working with one of the UK's top MSPs to secure them multiple 2nd Line MSP Engineers in their Bournemouth HQ!

In this role you will be working with more Senior Engineers to upskill and develop your technical skillet while maintaining the smooth-running service desk by providing a 5-Star service to Fortune 500 clients in the UK and Globally.

You will be provided a clear progression plan to 3rd Line, Projects or Cyber Security Engineering and will have paid training and certifications regularly offered to you to ensure the consistent development of your career.

Key Requirements:

• MSP Experience (2/3 Years Ideally)
• Strong Experience with (O365, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
• Strong Experience with (Active Directory & Azure AD)
• Experience with (VMware & Hyper-V)
• Experience with (Cisco, Netgear, Draytek or SonicWall)
• Friendly, Personable and Communicable
