2Nd Line Support Engineer

Hays are working with a fantastic professional services organisation based in central Bristol to recruit for a 2nd Line technical support analyst on a permanent basis. The role is paying up to £33,000pa and is hybrid working, roughly 1 day on site per week (can be more as per preference of candidate).
Your new role
Within the role you will act as an escalation point, managing tickets, incidents and service requests to diagnose and resolve incidents. You will delivery fantastic customer service to users at all levels within the organisation. You will escalate critical issues to the 3rd line technical team and also provide technical support and guidance to more junior IT service desk analysts. You will also be involved in various project based work.
What you\'ll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must have similar 2nd Line experience in a service desk / desktop support role. You will need to be competent in active directory administration and have significant experience with the M365 stack specifically, office 2016 and MS exchange. Networking principles will also be beneficial. Outside of this exposure with SCCM, MDM and bespoke application support would be useful.
