Your Role:
- As a 2nd Line Support Engineer at My client, you'll embark on a diverse journey, providing technical support to over 100 small businesses both remotely and onsite. You'll have the opportunity to engage with various clients and technologies, expanding your knowledge while ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, Hyper-V, Remote Desktop, and Remote App.
- Experience in wired and wireless networking, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Competence in security software such as Sophos.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience in an MSP environment.
- Familiarity with MSP software like ConnectWise.

Additional Details:
- Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week.
- Some weekend/out-of-hours work may be required, with full compensation provided.
