Salary: £275 a day

Status: Inside IR35

Location: Fareham, Hampshire – Hybrid

Duration: 6 Months

2nd Line Support EngineerRole and Responsibilities

As the 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will be a key part of the Support team, focussing directly on troubling shooting and resolving tickets. This will include:

• Acting as the escalation point of contact for the internal team, dealing with the tickets that the 1st Line Support Engineers are unable to.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Managing incoming support tickets, whilst also working proactively.
• Providing regular professional, frequent and relevant customer communication.

Skills and Experience required for the 2nd Line Support Engineer

The business will support you to work however is best for you, with hybrid working in a flexible environment. The business asks that you have:

• 3 years of experience working in an Infrastructure Support based role.
• Experience of the M365 suite.
• Knowledge of Office 365, Intune, and Autopilot.
• Experience of working within a busy support desk is advantageous.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
• Able to troubleshoot issues across Office 365, Autopilot, Intune, and Licensing.
