Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for someone to work within our fast paced, friendly IT Solutions Company. The successful candidate will provide Technical Support services to SMEs throughout the UK and Internationally on I.T and telecoms products and services.
This position will involve taking phone calls, and working within our bespoke ticketing system for our diverse client base.
The core solutions include, but are not limited to Windows Server platforms, virtualisation, backup solutions, Microsoft Entra, Intune.
The successful applicant will work with the existing team to ensure that SLA’s are met, you will be able to prioritise tickets, and escalate to more senior engineers when required.
Your responsibilities will require:
- Implement complex resolutions within SLAs whilst keeping zero-trust and least privilege at the forefront of what we do.
- Lead small to medium projects from start to finish.
- High attention to detail ensuring a ‘one time fix’.
- An understanding of ITIL, change management and Microsoft CIS.
- Work with more senior members of staff to identify reoccurring incidents and implement long term resolutions.
- Ensure patch management is functioning successfully across the customer base and any issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
Technologies you must have experience with:
- 365 Admin, Security, Compliance, exchange and GDAP.
- Hyper-V, failover clustering.
- SAN/NAS – ISCSI, LUN, MPIO
- Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
- Networking - Security, Switching, L3, Firewalls, IPsec, SSL.
- Microsoft Entra & Intune – Conditional access, LAPS, Configuration policies.
- MDT / WDS.

What to Expect:
- You will provide Technical Support from our primary base in Steyning between the hours of 8:45am and 5:00pm.
- The successful applicant will be someone who has good experience in solving I.T related problems.
- Microsoft qualifications are beneficial although not a necessity. Training/Support will be provided; however, in order to be successful in this role, self-learning and motivation is essential.
- 38.75 hours per week.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- You must have a full UK driving license (clean) and your own vehicle.

Salary: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
