* £250-£300 per day inside IR35

Your new company:
A Large Government Sector Organisation is looking for an experienced 3rd Line Support to join their team, supporting across all 2nd and 3rd Line Requests/Support requirements.
Your new role:
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's technology systems and mobile applications. Your role is vital in delivering it support on site and remote support to our London office. The is a Senior role requiring you to be the escalation point for any tickets that need resolving but also supporting the 2nd line team where required.
What you need to succeed:
*Experience in a law firm setting or Managed service provider (MSP) supporting the Public Government Sector.
*Resolving hardware issues with laptops, mobile devices, and AV equipment.
*Working knowledge of Exchange/O365 Admin and Mimecast Admin
*Network connectivity and TCP/IP troubleshooting.
*Active Directory, Exchange, O365 Admin, and DHCP.
Key Responsibilities:
*Proactively resolve all tickets within SLAs
*Prioritize 3rd Line Support to all users.
*Support junior team members and help them develop their skills
*Review monitoring alerts
*Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network performance issues.
*Provide a high level of customer service and adhere to all service management principles.
*Maintain support documentation.
