ACA Training and CPD Manager South London (M25 corridor) - East Berkshire, Surrey, Middlesex, North KentEast Midlands - Leicester, Rutland, South Nottinghamshire, North Northamptonshire Permanent x2 Part time or Full TimeFTE £65,000pa Join our team Be part of a fantastic team leading the way in ACA training authorisation for employers of the next generation of Chartered Accountants. The Employer Training Authorisation and Review team is responsible for authorising new employers and key regulatory processes concerning training, CPD and Audit Qualification, to help ensure high standards across our students and ICAEW members. You will be joining a wonderfully supportive team who love the contact they have with their employers and students alike and take pride over the quality of training experience. You'll be reviewing employers to make sure they meet the current training standards. You may also be involved in other aspects of the department including reviewing a sample of our members' CPD to ensure that the ongoing quality of work delivered by the accounting profession has not been compromised; and considering applications for the audit qualification. Requirements As an ICAEW member yourself, you will be someone who has always considered themselves an ambassador of the qualification and the doors it opened for you. You'll have experiences to share with us over how you supported the growth of others in your practice or business and an understanding of the challenges students face with the ACA. You will want the highest standards for both the diverse entrants into the profession and the work they deliver and will have the ability to challenge up to partner level. This is a home-based role with regional travel to our training applicants and training offices as required.
