Overview:
Due to the growth of the UK client portfolio an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Coordinator to join the Account Management team and contribute to our continued success.
You will be responsible for nurturing a previously unmanaged portfolio, the purpose of the role is to develop SME client relationships, ensuring maximum account expansion, retention, and profitability.
This is an entry level position in the Account Management team, a highly rewarding role, this is a chance for a driven and ambitious individual to own and elevate existing client relationships, whilst forging a successful career in Account Management.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute customer service call plans
Map stakeholders to develop effective client relationships at the decision-maker level to maximise revenue from all our products and services.
Analyse gaps in current service provision, the strengths, and weaknesses of existing relationships
Record product and share of wallet opportunities accurately in Salesforce
Analyse profitability and viability of accounts.
Provide proactive, consultative service and solution enhancements to clients
Deliver revenue growth targets
Communicate progress and status of activity to management.
Differentiate our company programme value.
Develop in-depth understanding of assigned clients.
Influence client decisions.
Build relationships for success.
Cross-sell company products and services.
Develop in-depth understanding of the business travel market.
Performs other duties as requested - Support Account Management team
Skills & Experience Required:
Knowledge of company corporate products and services.
Experience working to targets/KPI’s ideally in a travel management background
Working knowledge of the business travel industry and competitive business travel issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft office products
Knowledge of various industry technologies (GDS, Back-office, travel management reporting tools, CRM tool, online booking tools, mobile apps)
Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality is required
Available to travel to client and business meetings, including overseas travel
