Account Coordinator

Account coordinator -Required for this expanding business travel company with offices based in central London. They are looking for junior account manager, salary up to 35k plus bonus and great benefits, hybrid with 3 days in the office.
Account coordinators duties
-Working with smaller accounts, who book with the client but occasionally. The idea of the role it to grow and develop relationships with these 50/60 clients , to increase awareness and profitability.
-Mainly speaking to the clients over the phone, but with time visiting the clients on a regular basis.
-Analyse gaps in current service provisions, the strengths and weaknesses of existing relationships.
-Analyse profitability and viability of the accounts
-Deliver revenue growth targets
Account coordinators skills required
-A background in travel in a must, ideally corporate travel but this is not essential.
-They are open to experience but maybe someone in business travel operations, reservations agent, account manager, BDM etc
-A really go getter, looking to advance their career
-Happy to speak to clients over the phone and build up strong relationships
-Experience of working to targets and KPIs
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-Able to travel to business meetings
