The Opportunity

The Role
Working alongside a well-established team, you will be responsible for taking new and existing clients through insurance quotations with in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be tasked with breaking down complex data whilst always ensuring a positive customer journey. Further to this, you’ll be responsible for:
- Ensure accurate information gathered to promote relevant products and services
- Understand risk appetite whilst calculating premiums
- Strong communication skills when dealing with all stakeholders
- Ensure your work is compliant and in line with industry standards
- Identifying complaints and adapting approach to vulnerable clients
The Ideal Candidate
At this stage in your career, you will naturally possess a strong understanding of the UK insurance market, including its trends, risks and regulatory requirements. Whilst also having an analytical mind, good judgement and self-motivation. Further to the above, you will have:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Keen attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- A minimum of two years' experience in broking or underwriting
