We are now seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our team and play a key role in enhancing customer relationships, driving growth, and contributing to overall business development within a close-knit team.
Job Description
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships with a key emphasis on building and nurturing relationships with businesses.
Your focus will be on nurturing meaningful connections with B2B customers through quality interactions.
This will involve regular inbound/outbound telephone calls, order sales inputting, data inputting, business development, customer retention, credit control and following up calls from customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about talking to people, working as part of a small team, closing warm leads and is eager to contribute to the team’s success.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop opportunities with current customers and previous enquiries by telephone, zoom and teams’ calls
· Conduct regular 'warm calls’ to both new and existing customers.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
· Understand the needs of customers and tailor specific quotes to meet their requirements.
· Achieve and exceed monthly targets.
· Keep accurate records of activities, customer interactions, in our CRM system.
· Collaborate with the team to develop and execute strategies.
Key Requirements
• Comfortable in making calls with a demonstrated talent for building rapport over the telephone, preferably with a minimum of 6 months of experience, particularly in a business-to-business role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Excellent timekeeping
• Basic computer skills
• Good level of written and verbal English
• Presentable and Professional
• Willing to follow instructions and learn with a positive attitude.
Benefits Package
· Salary: Competitive base salary with an attractive commission structure. £20,000 to £30,000 pro-rata - with UNCAPPED monthly bonus / dependant on experience.
