We are hiring for a Account Executive for an innovative and leading geospatial SaaS Vendor. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about technology, particularly in the field of cloud delivery for web mapping and geographic information systems. Using globally leading open-source technologies, this team is committed to pushing the boundaries of geospatial solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Promote the adoption and use of company solutions within the customer base.
- Achieve incremental sales and capture new business opportunities.
- Engage regularly with customers through on-site meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Ensure customer retention and development in their use of company solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements in line with the lead to order process.
- Provide timely and reliable management information to support business strategy goals.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Account Executive or similar role.
- Strong ability to manage customer relationships and drive incremental sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional internal teams to improve the customer experience.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
