Duties within the role will include:
Acting as first point of contact for all enquires via phone and email
Champion the brand through strong communication skills
Liaise with team members to deliver great service
Ensuring enquiries are actioned in a proficient, timely manner
Sharing knowledge of products to customers, proving support and advice
Work closely with the managers
Assist with any adhoc administrative duties
The successful candidate will:
Have excellent communication skills; German both verbal and written
Strong MS Office skills
Be proactive and hardworking
Have a fantastic telephone manner and a passion for customer service
