As an Account Executive, you will tap into potential customer opportunities and produce new business for the market.

Reporting to a sales manager, you will have an assigned territory and develop an excellent level of product or service knowledge to support customer questions and promote offerings.   • You will be a contact for customers to provide services and support. You will help users build and engage with their professional network, the Account Executive position interfaces with customers by inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet to upsell products and services. Furthermore, you will process customer orders and sales, providing/receiving information, upselling client products/service, and providing basic customer service support. The Account Executive will close deals and expand the business.

    You Have

    • 3+ years of professional experience
    • 2+ years of work experience in digital media sales, IT, account management or a related function
    • 6+ years of experience in a quota -carrying sales role
    • Fluency in languages required
    • Experience in SaaS opportunities
    • Experience in marketing or in a role making recommendations to marketers
    • Knowledge of how Internet advertising technology works and the ability to explain it in ordinary terms
    • Experience in a multinational environment

    You Will

    • Qualify and develop outbound sales leads and respond to product enquiries
    • Run email campaigns to generate new sales prospects
    • Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in Salesforce
    • Work with the Account Executive team to design industry-specific outbound efforts
    • Assess and prioritize leads from sales, trials, partners and other sources
    • Help identify the best solutions for customers and how to implement those solutions
    • Foster trust between customers and clients
    • Reach mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements
    • Initiate steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage
    • Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound
    • Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured

    Virtual First and Remote Work

    Concentrix is a Virtual First company, which means work outside an office will be the primary experience for most employees for the foreseeable future. Equipment will be provided, but a space at home to work is required. Uninterrupted home-based internet is required in your home to attend and host video calls, a minimum bandwidth speed of 20mbps is important.
