You will work closely with the Senior Broker, offering daily support in the following areas:
- Coordinating the placement of risks.
- Developing and nurturing active relationships with clients through various channels such as email, telephone and in-person meetings.
- Ensuring efficient and professional servicing of account from inception to completion.
- Collaborating with brokers to identify and qualify business development opportunities.
- Maintaining records of service and compliance.
- Working collaboratively with the team and across divisional units.
Fluency in Spanish is a must, as you will be communicating with clients worldwide via email and telephone. While previous experience in insurance is advantageous, its not mandatory.
