Vivo Talent is working with an exciting digital organisation who are looking for an Account Manager to join the team.
This organisation prides itself on excellent customer service and operational diligence and will be looking for someone who follows the same vision. You will be responsible for managing deadlines, quality of output and working closely with clients to ensure a high-standard of service.
It is a great opportunity for a versatile and passionate Account Manager who has a strong understanding of design and artwork environments.
Responsibilities
- Promote end-to-end capabilities to expand clients and offerings.
- Work closely with clients to build active relationships and understand their needs and objectives.
- Customer Service
- Analysis and Reporting
Skills & Experience
- Excellent account management skills and demonstrated experience of building out accounts.
- Working knowledge of creative and production processes across digital, print, AV etc.
- Process & systems experience
- Good knowledge of creative agency applications and tools.
