Our client is a UK based Logistics organisation. They have a need for a driven Account Manager, based at their head office based full time in West London. The role offers an opportunity to join a busy account team which purpose is to offer and continually enhance their service offering. Your duties would include
- To develop and enhance the relationship with existing Customers, while identifying opportunities for new product sales
- Manage Customer relationships, ensuring the Customer experience is positive
- Develop active and new relationships with customers and their key decision makers
- Manage the Customer relationships, and to exceed the Customer’s expectations
- Produce and maintain account plans/ track performance of accounts
Previous relevant experience
- Extensive experience within a related industry
- Strong sales / account management skills (prospecting, qualifying, campaign management)
- Proven networking ability and presentation skills
- Proven account management and development skills
- Able to travel
- Good IT skills
This is an office-based role.
