Account Manager

Juice is thrilled to be working with a global marketing agency who are looking for an organised Account Manager for the central Bath office.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with international reach, working collaboratively with multiple internal teams on a variety of marketing disciplines including content-driven PR, social media and advertising.

DAY TO DAY:

• Effectively plan and execute strategic PR programmes.
• Conduct and direct the team on media pitching and placement for announcements, launches, and active storytelling.
• Understand and research the media landscape, actively monitoring for new opportunities.
• Guide the team to ensure client-specific media lists are on target.
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers.
• Secure/manage briefings and schedules, and serve as clients’ PR representatives during briefings.
• Manage writing/editing of PR materials and other content.
• Manage paid and organic social media programmes for brands and executives.
• Develop PR plans and set quarterly/yearly metrics based on business objectives.
• Help drive programmes for media buying, creative concept development, lead generation and lead nurturing.
• Oversee reporting, analysis and programme optimisation.
• Lead status/strategy calls with clients; manage client relationships; oversee integrated programmes.
• Help guide junior staff on daily responsibilities.
• Contribute to financial management and time forecasting of accounts.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• At least 3 years of experience in PR/Social Media/Advertising.
• Experience in strategic PR and organic social media strategy.
• Experience in managing advertising and direct marketing.
• Previous experience in a B2B agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant business experience.
• Comprehensive written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
