Account Manager

Red Recruitment is recruiting an Account Manager to join a leading global outsourcing organisation who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to their clients. This role is Monday - Friday on a permanent basis. You will be joining the business during a period of fast growth, giving you lots of potential for opportunities and progression in the future.

The suitable candidate will have account management experience and play a pivotal role in overseeing and improving the performance within the contact centre operations.

The salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum and is located in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities of anAccount Manager:

• Being accountable for establishing and nurturing positive client relationships across all levels
• Working to understand the client's expectations, needs, and wishes to ensure these can be translated into operating practices and approaches
• Ensuring effective and compliant delivery of services in accordance with the commercial terms of contract and fully supporting the re-tender process
• Co-ordinating with Operational partners to manage the cadence of monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews with the client
• Proactively working with the client to identify opportunities to grow existing business lines, and onboard additional business from the client, meeting farming targets

Key Skills and Experience of an Account Manager:

• You should have comprehensive computer skills with the proficient use of Microsoft Office tools including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and others
• The ability to use Excel's advanced analytical tools such as run charts, histograms, pareto charts, scatter plots etc, is preferred
• Excellent communication skills are required
• You should have a strong analytical ability and be commercially minded
• You will need to be target driven as well as being good at making commercially balanced decisions
