We are delighted to be supporting an innovative business located in the Leeds area to appoint a permanent Account Manager to join their dynamic and passionate team.
Working within the commercial team, you will be a skilled Client Manager, dedicated and able to work with limited supervision. The successful person will work with clients to create relevant product plans whilst ensuring best practice. You will oversee day-to-day account management duties and support other commercial teams within the business on internal growth and development plans.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 3 years + account management experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Experience with SAAS desirable.
- Good track record of delivering results and working towards targets.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar.
- Full UK driving license with own transport.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office.
- Driven, confident and results-driven with a desire to succeed.
