Up o 26k per annum + Commission
Our client, a SaaS based client is looking for an Account Manager to join their team of 8 to be the primary relationship for the book of business, including onboarding and client support, handling retention calls and developing existing business by upselling and closing contracts, in addition to providing exceptional relationship management with high profile key clients across the UK and US.

Key Responsibilities:
- Primary relationship manager for our book of business including independent businesses scalable up to high-profile blue-chip clients. Using a versatile style of communication to adapt to the various contact levels encountered.
- Handling customer service and complaint enquiries, using creative solutions and assessing pain points to resolve issues and proactively heading off potential problems or conflict before they arise.
- Utilising strong relationships to proactively ensure customers derive maximum value through assessment of pain points and introducing customers to additional services or negotiating and renewing termed contracts to generate revenue.
- Proactively scheduling monthly or quarterly meetings to ensure they are satisfied with services, which may be via phone calls, online meetings, email or on occasion on-site meetings as required.
- Seeking to retain clients through open communication, analysing customer feedback and negotiating with customers.
- Work as a consultant to gain a thorough understanding of client needs to identify industry movements and trends, identify competitor or required products features and integrations, working with the management and development teams to bring these ideas to execution.
- Achieve monthly targets in terms of renewal rates, and other productivity metrics in maximising revenue, minimising cancellations and backlog.
- Showcasing leading customer service through client testimonials, case studies and Google reviews.
- Accurately maintain CRM records and general administration required to create, service and close client accounts.
- Commitment to continual improvement and progression, adapting to new approaches and processes.
- Support the Business Development team in online and occasional on-site meetings to onboard prospective and existing high value contracts.
