- Your main focus is on existing customers, ensuring they renew at the end of their contract
- Winning back lapsed customers
- Uncovering opportunities to upsell, or improve the service offered to the customer

- Ideally, you will come from a B2B with a focus on Account Management
- A focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Enjoy sales and hitting targets!
If that sounds up your street, the base salary is from £27k, and the best in the team are earning up to £45k, and the role is based from the office 5 days a week.
