ACCOUNT MANAGER - LARGE FORMAT
HERTFORDSHIRE
£Negotiable Depending on Experience + Company Perks +22 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm / Monday - Friday
Our client has been established for over 40 years and are leaders in the Large Format, Digital & Display industry.
Providing their customers with anything from commercial print, marketing materials, Large Format, merchandise, digital & displays, they work with customers of all sizes and are deadline driven. They have an excellent reputation and are now looking to recruit an Account Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Experience in the Large Format, Digital or Displays industry is essential
- Experience dealing with clients in the leisure / sports industry would be of an advantage however not essential
- Manage all aspects of a customer relationships to retain and develop their business
- Deal with any customer issues and ensure issues are rectified and charged appropriately
- Process all customer orders efficiently and accurately on the order processing system
- Liaise with customers via email, telephone and face-to-face
- Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth running of the project
- The role is mainly office based, however occasionally will be required to visit clients onsite
- Tech savvy with the ability to formulate spread sheets
- Strong understanding of what makes good customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good understanding of the different materials and substrates
- Enjoy working in a team and building strong relationships within the business
- Confident and personable nature
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Conduct site surveys when needed
