An exciting position with the UK's leading supplier of concrete equipment. The role encompasses several key aspects 1) Sales of Accessories, 2) Account Management, 3) Service and Hire Desk. In this varied role you will have the opportunity to visit key clients and suppliers, participate in exhibitions, and take responsibility for your earnings through a generous base salary and commission-based package. Based at our new Bicester depot, the candidate must have a ‘can do’ attitude, be customer focussed and driven to meet targets – you will form a key link between sales and aftersales. Previous experience of working within a similar industry preferred. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Package negotiable dependant on experience.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Utilize our CRM system to track and analyze sales data
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of products or services
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the construction industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify client needs and propose solutions
- Proficiency in using Sage CRM system or similar
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
