Account Manager | Remote | Electronics
Our client, an international electronic products manufacturer and distributor, are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager (Electronics) to join their growing UK team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing business sales operations within a designated region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of building a strong customer portfolio, and a proven track record of driving sales and business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with overall company objectives through building a pipeline of customers regionally.
- Work to generating face to face meetings each week to establish connections with key decision makers to be able to showcase product, versatility and quality of product.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and execute plans to move into new markets and expand the customer base.
- Lead and motivate a high-performance sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Working with customers on their requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales and maximize profitability.
- Providing data and reports on your customer portfolio to management.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to enhance products and services.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
