We are recruiting an Account Manager for an established technology business. The role is a full time remote role (the company has a few locations in the UK). As Account Manager you can be based anywhere in the UK.
This is a 12 month contract with a view the role could become permanent.
Key duties:
Manage and develop a portfolio of dental clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our payment plans and services
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work to expand the portfolio of services offered to clients
Own the sales cycle and collaborate with the commercial team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective communication to resolve any issues or concerns
Ensure that clients are up to date with product and service offerings, and provide training and education as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding of new clients and the smooth delivery of services
Monitor industry trends and developments to stay up to date with changes in the dental industry and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
Work with the Head of Product to develop the product roadmap (based on customer insight and industry trends)
Work with the Head of Marketing to develop a key service and product proposition effectively communicating to the industry on a variety of platforms
Attendance at trade events to understand the competition
