- Carry out daily updating of accounting records e.g. bank recs and liquidity checks
- Ensure that daily client money checks are carried out to ensure that any client money within the AAM UK company bank accounts is identified and treated appropriately within the applicable timescales
- Prepare daily counterparty checks to ensure balances are aligned with determined limits
- Process Purchase invoices as required via ARIBA system whilst reviewing for Bribery Act purposes
- Process new supplier requests via ARIBA system whilst liaising with relevant stakeholders
- Recording and settlement of intercompany balances
- Preparation of Billing for clients on a periodic basis as required
- Support the Financial Accountant and UK Business Partner where needed by assisting with preparation of tasks or review (e.g. variance analysis)
- Assist in the preparation of the accounts process as required
- Document processes, review them for continued suitability and make recommendations for improvement
- Working knowledge of accountancy preferably within an occupational context. A part-qualified accountancy candidate would be desired but is not essential (ACCA, CIMA, ICAS etc.)
- Keen enthusiasm to be part of a team and support existing team members to help improve existing processes
- A competitive salary, depending on the experience you can bring
