Job Summary: The Accountancy Practice Technician will be instrumental in supporting our accounting operations. This role involves managing payroll, handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial documents and reports.
- Support the management of payroll and company expenses.
- Ensure timely arrangement of invoice payments and monitoring of financial transactions.
- Aid in the completion and submission of tax returns.
- Collaborate with accountants and managerial staff to uphold financial integrity and compliance.
Qualifications:
- ATI level 2 or higher, or equivalent experience in accountancy practice.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
