Accounts Administrator - Shrewsbury
Avid Personnel are proud to be representing their client as they look to hire an Accounts Administrator to work out of their state-of-the-art office in Shrewsbury.
As an Accounts Administrator with our client your duties will be (but not limited to):
processing supplier invoices, ensuring the correct price and paperwork
In turn, the paperwork needs to be checked and distributed to the correct customer.
This be done using the in house IT system.
Full ongoing training will be given, but you will need the drive and passion to impress the suppliers and customers daily with your helpful and cheerful disposition.
Key skills:
Accuracy inputting information
Proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook
Strong Customer Service Skills
Excellent communicator
Team player
Ability to work on own initiative with excellent attention to detail.
A warm and welcoming telephone manner
Hours of work are Monday to Friday and the position will be an 8hour shift within that. Saturday and staff are rota'd to work approximately 6 a year

Salary: From £24,000.00 per year
