Overview:
Accounts Administrator

Strata Solicitors have an opportunity for someone talented and committed to join our successful and growing niche law firm, providing quality market-leading, legal, claims, and business services and solutions to the UK’s largest and most prestigious companies.

Providing global claims solutions in over 75 countries, and being the UK’s largest provider, we need you to help us grow our legal services in both the national and international markets.
No previous experience required as full training provided and the role will require candidates with a drivers license due to banking of cheques.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the dealing of all administrative duties, whilst ensuring that all Strata’s quality and other procedures are complied with in respect of those matters;
  • Ensure that all financial documents and any other financial records are properly filed and kept secure;
  • Daily trips to bank cheques;
  • Data entry;
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all Strata and clients’ documentation/information;
  • Carry out any other duties that are in keeping with the role
Qualifications:
  • Enthusiastic positive person with a “can do” approach;

  • Accurate data input skills;
  • Ability to cope under pressure and respond to demands;
