Experienced Accounts Administrator required for an established Transport company to assist with the day to day accounts based in the Warrington office in a part time position.
The Bookkeeper will be tasked with processing payroll for the members of staff, processing the purchases and sales as well as handling the credit control.
The ideal Finance Assistant will have relevant experience, be seeking a part time position and will be live close to Warrington.
Financial Administrator Position Overview
- Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, receipts, sales, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all financial data.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Manage payroll for employees
- Monitor and track expenses, highlighting any discrepancies or irregularities.
- Carry out credit control
Financial Administrator Position Requirements
- Proven experience as a Financial Administrator/ bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Xero.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Financial Administrator Position Remuneration
- 25,000 - 32,000 per annum FTE (Pro rata on 20 - 24 hours per week)
- Permanent part time role
