Senior Administrator

Hays are recruiting for a Senior Administrator position based in Stockport.

Your new role
Your new role will be varied, with no day being the same. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the office and day-to-day support of the engineering and finance teams. You will be responsible for creating and processing paperwork for on-site engineers and certificates of inspection. You will also create purchase orders for the purchase of stock and goods and process invoices for clients and customers.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will be a confident self-starter. You will be pro-active and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting your team and colleagues where possible. Experience in a similar environment and experience using Sage is advantageous but not essential.
