SalaryEventus Recruitment are seeking a Senior Client Relationship Administrator based in Altrincham, Cheshire. This is a full time, permanent job role. However, they will look at candidates who potentially want to do a 4-day week. You will benefit from 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension and free parking.
Role Responsibilities
The incoming Senior Client Relationship Administrator will deal with a range of client queries.
Key tasks include:
- Assisting with monitoring emails to ensure all client queries are responded to within the appropriate timescale
- Produce EIS & VCT summaries for clients when requested
- Liaise with providers to resolve queries
- Overseeing withdrawal requests
- Processing new business submissions
- Preparing meeting packs
- Ensuring compliance is strictly adhered to
- Preparing stock transfer forms
- Processing stock transfer forms
- Processing trusts
- Support advisers and Ops Manager when required
Person Specification
The successful Senior Client Relationship Administrator will be a clear and confident communicator. You will also have the following skills and attributes:
- Experience working in Client Relationship administration
- Excellent Organisational and time management skills
- Be a good communicator
