Sole role supporting the project team and Business Development Director who is on hand to help you and guide you, you can manage your own workload and create new processes and procedures to suit your style!

You will be the true heartbeat of the projects team here, the project team tender for large projects and business, you will be fundamental in supporting them to get the end result - winning the business!

You'll attend meetings to take minutes and set actions, deal with HR support for the team including holiday tracking and employee records, booking travel, supporting with the gathering of documents and information for tender processes and supporting the Marketing Manager to organise events.

A true multi-faceted role, essentially being the go to person for the sales team, there's an element of reactiveness to this role because if a bid comes in, you need to be on hand to jump on and help the team with the coordination and administration that comes with submitting a bid.
