This is a brand-new role created due to expansion, giving you the opportunity to take on personal assistant duties to the three Directors & be involved with each department of the organisation so you can develop a skill set that enables you to be an influential part of the company.
Perfectly suited to an Administrator who is looking to take that next step in their administrative career to become the business’ Personal Assistant to Director(s) in 12 months’ time or continue in one the company’s key areas where study will be funded for you to gain new skills – flexible with career paths, it’s in your hands.
As the Administrator, you will be organising meetings for the Directors, diary management, processing engagement & acting as a point of contact for Director’s clients & managing the internal database.
With full training & support from management, the right candidate will learn from the best & have a Manager that understands the company procedures & processes better than anybody – you’re in good hands.
It’s extremely rare to find a Administrator role that is allowing you to take on responsibility of the Directors so it’s perfect to elevate your skills to that next level.
