An exciting opportunity has come along for an Accounts Administrator who is looking for part-time hours to working within a finance team assisting them with general accounts and administration duties. This position is initially 3-months fixed term contract with the potential of being extended or becoming permanent.
Main duties:
- Working closely with the Finance team
- Receiving payments
- Reconciling accounts
- Preparing journals
- Gathering financial information
- Updating information
- Ad hoc duties
Ideal candidate should have:
- Accounts experience would be an advantage, training will be provided
- Numerate
- Eye for details
- Good communication skills verbal and written
- Knowledge of Excel spreadsheet and Oracle system
