Accounts Assistant- Wallingford- Up to £30k + Study Support- Permanent - AAT/ACCA/CIMA Studier

We are currently partnered with an exciting FMCG market leader within their field on the recruitment of an Accounts Assistant role to join their growing finance team in order to support the continued growth of the business.

With an ambitious five-year expansion plan throughout the business, the successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing process efficiencies to deliver first-class central functions and contribute to the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Authorising, processing, and accurately recording supplier invoices through ERP systems
• Setting up new supplier accounts
• Analysing and processing supplier invoices according to project codes and departments.
• Addressing supplier queries courteously and efficiently.
• Ensuring supplier records are up to date and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Assisting with weekly UK and international payment runs & processing internal expenses
• Managing prepayments and accruals for supplier invoices
• Ad-Hoc Duties

Key Skills & Qualities:

• Strong experience in working with an accounts/ finance assistant role
• Accounts payable and sales ledger experience 
• Double-Entry bookkeeping experience 
• Good Excel Skills
• AAT/CIMA/ACCA Studier
