A renowned global media agency based in Central London are on the search for a bright, dynamic and keen to learn Accounts Assistant to join their expanding team.
You would sit within a team of 6 in accounts payable and support the AP Team Lead with the end-to-end accounts payable process.
This is a ongoing temporary position with strong potential to turn into a long term role with progression for someone who shines in the role.
An ideal fit is someone early in their career studying AAT who's keen to develop, so if this sounds like you apply!
Responsibilities - Accounts Assistant
- Manage a portfolio of accounts
- Process payments of supplier invoices in a timely fashion
- Regular reconciliation of supplier statements against aged creditors
- Work with suppliers to resolve queries
The Person - Accounts Assistant
- Positive, proactive and keen attitude
- Intuitive thinker with the ability to maintain a high rate of accuracy and assist with process improvement where possible
- AAT studier or working towards completing AAT qualifications
- Previous accounting and accounts payable experience is beneficial
