Description
Accounts Assistant responsibilities include:
- Reconciliation of client accounts
- Preparation of financial reports and statements
- Maintaining up to date financial records
- Invoicing
- Cash Posting
- Purchase and sales ledger management
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Profile
The candidate will have:
- Experience working in a similar role - Essential
- Previous Qube MRI experience - Essential
- Good understanding of Sage 50 - Essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Essential
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Desirable
- Ability to work well alone or as part of a team - Essential
