Job description

Sewell Wallis are delighted to be working alongside a well established company based in Worksop, who are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their small, supportive team.
The successful candidate will be joining a supportive team and will be an integral part of their finance function. The successful candidate will be required to have previous experience working in an Accounts Assistant role.
Key duties:
- Post and reconcile bank statement & investigate anomalies

- Process daily banking

- Sales ledger and credit control

- Process payments, expenses, finance settlements and any other payments

- Analysis for payroll processing

- Review and analyse weekly debtors report

- Process credit notes

- Review WIP & chase updates

- Reconcile finance commission

- Assist with month end duties

Candidate requirements:

- Accounts Assistant experience
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- Ability to work under pressure
