Some key duties on the role include;
- Purchase ledger invoice processing
- Payment allocations and payment runs
- Document coding and general filing
- Supplier accounts reconciliation
- Bank reconciliations
- Supplier analysis and reporting
Requirements;
- Accounting experience, Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
- Finance certification(s) or studying toward - AAT, ACCA, CIMA
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software, preferably MS office
- Attention to detail and ability to deal with fast paced workloads
- Eligibility to work in UK
