SF Recruitment are working with a business in South Derbyshire to recruit an Accounts Assistant. The role will be permanent, initially office based, offering an early finish on Fridays. Once settled there will be an opportunity to work 1/2 days from home. You'll be part of an acquisitive business with a close knit team who are looking someone who would like to take on a development role which will offer study support and career progression.
You will be responsible for the following -
- Purchase Ledger, full invoice to payment process
- Sales Ledger, management of the debtor ledger
- Cashbook maintenance
- Bank and Statement Reconciliations
- Stock reconciliations
-Inventory Adjustments
- Primary point of contact for all transactional accounting duties.
- Assisting the Management Accountant with month end tasks
- Supporting the FC with ad hoc duties
Ideally you will have 12-24 months experience in a previous accounts role with exposure to Accounts Payable and other aspects of accounting. Study support and and attractive benefits package are on offer with this role. Please apply for immediate consideration with your updated CV.
