SalaryHPCareers is recruiting for an international, award winning, design and manufacturing company. We have a contract opportunity for a an experienced Accounts Assistant to work in a small finance team.
- Hours: Mon - Fri 37.5 hours a week (office based)
- Location: Saltaire
- Duration: Long term (on-going)
Duties:
- Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Statement Reconciliation
- Purchase Ledger payments
- Assisting month ends and VAT returns
- Supporting the Finance Manager and team
Person Specification:
- Experience Accounts Assistant in a Finance team
- Good knowledge of Sage and Excel
- Finance qualification is preferred
- Must be able to commit to a long term contract
- Must be able to work in the office full time
