I am delighted to be representing this fast-growing and ambitious manufacturing company based in Mansfield. They have a vibrant and friendly workforce and now require accounts support due to a recent acquisition. The role will be up to 30 hours per week.
Your new role
Reporting to the Assistant Accountant, you will be supporting the busy accounts team covering the following duties:
- Sales Ledger
- Invoicing
- Purchase Ledger
- Credit Control
- Utilising your IT skills, including MS Office
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work to deadlines and tight schedules
- Excellent communication skills
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of working within a finance department managing transactional duties, especially purchase ledger, invoicing, client liaison, sales ledger and general finance team support.
You will have excellent communication skills to back up your IT skills with MS Office and accounting systems.
